Our Guarantee of Satisfaction and Refund policy:

In order to guarantee customer satisfaction our refund policy includes a thirty (30) day money back guarantee on the item only. If we supply the wrong product or if the product is in any way damaged, we will exchange it for the correct one. If you are not happy with the product and it was not what you were looking for, we will refund your purchase price excluding delivery costs. Should you require and are eligible for a refund then the original $8.00 shipping cost will be deducted and we will gladly refund you once you have provided us with a valid reason.
