Where is my Order?

We dispatch the orders 48 hours after receiving the the purchase. Delivery within the United States takes 2-4 days using USPS Mail, all other international deliveries takes 10 - 14 business days to arrive. Please contact us if you think there is a problem with your order, please give us your order ID or the email that you used to make the order so that we can trace the order responsively.

USA Customers - Shipping 2-4 days using USPS First Class Mail Parcel with tracking
Canadian Customers - Shipping 2-3 days
Australian Customers - Shipping 2-3 days 
New Zealand Customers - Shipping 3-10 days via Australia Post Air Mail International 

The Rest of the World - Shipping 10-14 days - Global Mail service with Tracking


How does the Refund Policy Work?

We honour our refund policy Please contact us if you require a refund. We normally expect you to return the item prior to receiving the refund. We deal with each refund on an individual basis and we do require an explanation of why the anti-snoring device did not work for you. For Single packs only! Should you require a Refund, then the original $7.84 (USA) or $8.50 (Worldwide) shipping cost will be deducted.
